The Government of Free Vietnam has been working for several years for the return of a free and open elections in Vietnam and to give back to our people the right to prosper. In the near future when Vietnam is once again free, I would like for us to have planned increased trade and prosperity between our two Nations. It would be of great satisfaction for us to one day visit you and plan for a better future for our people.
The Government of Free Vietnam would also wish to discuss developing processing plants in a Free Trade Zone in Venezuela. We plan to bring equipment and technical service personnel to help train local workers to operate the new plants. We would also like to discuss the development of efficient roads to move farm products to the port.
We are also requesting a meeting with the Prime Minister of Venezuela to discuss our investment interest in Venezuela to improve agriculture production, food processing, road construction, and international communication through advance effective technology. Our interest and concerns also include possible immigration rights for many Vietnamese refugees residing in Germany, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
We are very interested in establishing a long-term relationship with Venezuela, and are confident in the future of our people.
W are looking forward to meeting with you as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact our location listed below.
Respectfully,
HE. Nguyen Huu Chanh
